The Results

Damasco Innovations helped West Coast ADUs build a stronger digital growth system through SEO, Google Ads, and ongoing website improvements. At the time this case study was developed, the SEO campaign showed more than 1,600 tracked keywords and more than 1,300 first-page rankings, giving the company strong visibility across ADU and home expansion search terms.

On the paid advertising side, we manage Google Ads with a focus on high-intent homeowner searches, careful bid control, and budget protection. During the reporting period reviewed for this case study, our manual bid management helped save approximately $2,787 per month on average while generating approximately 96 additional clicks per month on average compared to Google’s recommended bidding approach.

The account also generated strong paid search visibility and traffic at a highly efficient cost. During the reviewed reporting period, the campaigns averaged more than 2,700 clicks per month, more than 53,000 impressions per month, and an average cost per click of roughly $0.23–$0.24.

That efficiency matters in a market where construction and remodeling clicks can become expensive quickly. We supported three website rebrandings to date, helping the site evolve with the company’s brand, positioning, and customer experience. We built and refined website content around ADUs, garage-based ADUs, detached ADUs, home additions, and expansion services. We run SEO for the company to improve visibility across ADU, construction, remodeling, and local homeowner search terms. We helped build a strong SEO footprint, with more than 1,600 tracked keywords and more than 1,300 first-page rankings at the time this case study was developed.

We manage Google Ads campaigns focused on ADU and home expansion searches with strong homeowner intent. We use manual bid management to avoid overpaying for clicks and to protect the client’s advertising budget. During the reporting period reviewed, our bid management saved approximately $2,787 per month on average and generated approximately 96 additional clicks per month on average compared to Google’s recommended bidding.
