For Eric Young, the motivation behind starting Aqua Home Care (originally Affordable Care at Home) was about impacting the community, with a specific focus on serving seniors. From the start, he wanted to build a home care organization that could deliver a level of service far superior to that of the handful of home care companies he hired to care for a loved one in their final days.After this sub-par experience, Eric believed a concierge approach to home care was the only way to deliver the level of quality he envisioned and expected. To ensure the best possible outcome and overall client experience, it requires a responsive and caring team, as well as experienced and professional care providers. We make great efforts to attract quality care providers that share the same level of compassion and empathy that our team does. Meeting the client’s needs and finding the best caregiver match is our primary objective, but we also focus on making sure both the client and referred care provider(s) are comfortable with all care arrangements and terms. As part of our concierge service, each client is assigned a dedicated Area Manager that provides on-going support to all parties involved. An Aqua Team member is available to assist clients and/or care providers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Aqua Home care team remains committed to exceeding the expectations of all we come in contact with and care for along the way. We will continue to grow and improve with each and every opportunity we have to serve those in need of in-home care.

Aqua Home Care approached us to help with a complete re-branding. After working closely with their team, and bringing in one of our experienced graphic designers, we were able to provide them with a complete re-branding. This includes their website, social media graphics, as well as re-ranking them on google. 

We worked closely with the Aqua Home Care team, working through their list of services and comparing them to competitors. In the end we were able to provide them with a visual sitemap that would serve as a guide through-out the rest of the content creation process.

After working through the design process, our development team got to work. Using WordPress with the Elementor plugin, we were able to develop the entire website cleanly, with very few plugins, while also achieving the approved design. 

Aqua Home Care hired our writers to create articles on their blog. We started by meeting with their team and coming up with 50 ideas for articles that the company would be comfortable with using during different parts of the year. As of this writing, we have written over 140 articles, posting twice a week per branch. 

The articles serve two purposes. One, by having new content added to the website, we show potential clients that this is an active business in their industry. Two, each article contains LSI keywords, helping with SEO. Our strategy also includes separating the articles into location based categories, helping each branches micro website, rank in their own location. 

Using both onsite and offsite white hat SEO strategies, we are ranking Aqua Home Care for over 54 keywords with our sights on a total of 281. 

We started by building micro websites for each branch location paired with individual "google my business" listings. Branch managers of each location are strongly encouraged to seek out google reviews for their location.

Along with that, our blog articles are uniquely written and posted in each micro website.

These strategies are combined with our offsite SEO work which is having great results. 

Our team of google experts manage Aqua's Search Engine Marketing campaigns on both Google and Bing. With a close eye on negative keywords, AB testing, and ad performance, we were able to support them grow their business from one location to seven.

Results are what matter. We provide weekly lead reports to Aqua which contain metrics including: number of phone calls, form submissions, lead sources and landing page conversion rate. 

These tools help the client understand their market in real time, allowing them to make informed marketing decisions.
